Musashi is our go to for teppanyaki anytime we are in the mood. We have tried many other places in town and this one beats them all hands down every time. It's an older building (newly remodeled outside though) so it has that classic Japanese steakhouse vibe and it's conveniently located just off the strip so it's easily accessible to both locals who want to avoid the strip and tourists staying on the strip but what really makes this place, is the delicious food and the outrageously fun staff. The staff is always ready to make a good night into a great one with raunchy humor and antics. I wouldn't recommend this spot for children after dark as things can get a little risqué but for adults it's a great time. If you're shy or easily embarrassed- you'll still have fun just be warned and try to leave your inhibitions at the door. The food is reasonably priced especially for being on the strip and every time we go, we get a different chef and a totally different taste and experience since they all have their own ways of doing things but it is always delicious. I don't know about you but I love sauces and this place goes overboard on the sauces. Last night (12/9/2023) we were given about 10 different sauces from garlic to sweet to spicy to buttery- every sauce gave every bite a different taste and texture and turned our dinner into an adventure. As I said, every chef is different but we always get at least 2 times more sauces here than we are offered anywhere else. You can see from their long list of celebrity clientele that this is a hot spot that everyone wants to check out. You can see tons of photos up front of all the celebs that have visited up front and that's pretty fun to look at while you wait. Make a reservation as I think they call in chefs based on the reservations booked that night and there have been times we couldn't get a table. Even if you just call an hour before you've got a better chance at a table than just walking in.

Best tep in town, i have never came here and had a bad experience. Tiger is a tep master. The variety of sauces he makes for all the food is amazing. The staff is always super attentive, and the vibes is always super fun and chill. I always go for the Musashi special. In my opinion the best to get on the menu. Again if you're looking for an awesome teppanyaki place Musahsi is the spot to go.

Visited this place for the first time for my partner and I's anniversary. We were fortunate enough to walk in right at opening, and since we were the first diners of the teppanyaki tables for the night, we had the pleasure of our chef being the ever-so-famous Tiger mentioned in all of the yelp reviews. Tiger was incredible and we had a genuinely great conversation with him about his family, his recent trip to Japan, and his work. He also treated us to a great show at the table, but we genuinely liked the guy. You can tell when a chef loves his work-- and the flavor profile I received showed that.
I opted for the Ribeye and lobster combo, the meat was juicy and well marinated, and there were plenty of veggies and rice to fill me up and leave me satisfied. Pre-meal, you are also offered a salad and soup. Everything was delicious. We had also mentioned our anniversary to the chef, who must've relayed the message to our server (I wish I remembered his name, but he had an awesome mustache!), because we received a really sweet plate with ice cream and whipped cream after our meal. The staff was excellent, from our server to the waitress who made sure our waters were never less than halfway.
This is going to be our go-to teppanyaki place from now on. It's a little pricy, as you'd expect from such a service, both worth every penny in food and entertainment. -

"As always, the service was excellent, the show fantastic and the food delicious. The attention to detail is what I appreciate."
Funny story. I wrote that over ten years ago and never posted. My wife and I had unforgettable experiences every time. We were fortunate to have Tiger as our chef for our anniversary. It is exciting but not surprising that nothing has not changed! We can't wait to return.
